AIICO Capital at the DOSF Easter Stage Plays

Great storytelling, much like a well-structured investment portfolio, requires vision, meticulous execution, and the ability to leave a lasting legacy.
Over the Easter weekend, the vibrant world of Nigerian theatre intersected with the pursuit of generational wealth as AIICO Capital proudly sponsored the Duke of Shomolu Foundation (DOSF) stage plays. From Friday through Monday, audiences were captivated by powerful performances, and we were right there to celebrate alongside them.
Aligning with Excellence in the Arts
The Duke of Shomolu Foundation’s 2026 season made a profound statement, heavily spotlighting female leadership and narratives. We had the privilege of attending the entire season’s lineup, but for the Easter weekend, AIICO Capital took center stage as a proud sponsor of two spectacular productions: Kokoro and Dora.
Our decision to partner with DOSF goes beyond simple brand visibility. We fundamentally believe in the work the foundation is doing to elevate Nigerian theater, preserve our cultural heritage, and tell impactful stories. Sponsoring these plays allows us to support platforms of excellence that resonate deeply with the communities we serve.
Conversations Beyond the Curtain Call
The energy at the venue was electric, but the most rewarding moments for our team happened just outside the theater doors.
At the AIICO Capital booth, our wealth advisors and brand team had the opportunity to engage directly with attendees. Between acts and after the curtain calls, the conversations flowed naturally from the themes of the plays to the themes of real life: securing the future, building generational wealth, and making smart financial decisions.
We introduced theatergoers to the AIICO Invest app, showing them firsthand how accessible premium wealth management can be. Whether it was walking a young professional through the basics of starting an investment journey or discussing long-term portfolio structuring with seasoned investors, the reception was incredibly warm.
A Shared Vision for the Future
Art has a unique way of making us reflect on what truly matters—our families, our legacies, and the impact we leave behind. That exact sentiment is what drives us at AIICO Capital every single day.
The Easter weekend with the Duke of Shomolu Foundation was a resounding success, blending the richness of Nigerian culture with the absolute necessity of financial empowerment. We look forward to continuing our support for the arts and, more importantly, continuing to help our community build wealth that outlasts a lifetime.
